| Fall Season | This is PHMSA's main, regular season. This season is open to any child, ages 5-18. You do not need to live in Pleasant Hill or Martinez, though games and practices are in these areas. |
| Fall Elite Season | A More Competitive AYSO Soccer Experience for divisions U10-U19. Must be enrolled in regular Fall season concurrently. Games are played on Sundays. All 6 AYSO philosophies apply. |
| Select Season | The Select Season offers our U-10 through U-19 players who have demonstrated superior soccer skills the opportunity to play on a more competitive extended season. These players will be selected by the Select Team coaches following observation during the regular Fall playing season. Games will be played against other Select teams in the area and may require some travel. The season runs from January through March with practice beginning in December. Teams then continue to play in tournaments in April and May. There is a fee to cover operating costs and tournament entry fees. |
| Spring Season | Spring Soccer is a fun program for U-19, U-16, and second-year U-14 players. All teams are co-ed and play in an area-wide league that requires some travel. There is a fee to cover operating costs. All age-eligible players are welcome, regardless of whether you played in PHMSA in the fall or not. |
