Referee Game Volunteer Point Certification

At the end of each soccer day, the Center Referee is charged with reporting the identification of all of the referees, or club linesmen that officiated at their match(es). The referee may delegate this job to one of his Assistant Referees. A club linesman is not authorized to make this report.

Game ID
	This ID can be found on the referee scheduler for each match.

* Use the UserID from the Referee Scheduler (Last name, First initial(s)) or "CLUB."

If you do not know a referee's Division and Team Number, just report the referee's name.
